I walked into the kitchen last night to put a dish in the sink. I didn't realize it was even raining and when I looked out the kitchen window the most amazing rainbow was staring back at me. I ran out the back door to see it better and realized it was a double rainbow and that I could see both ends. it was so bright and the colors so vibrant, I was awed. Even the purple showed up clear as day on the main rainbow. I ran back to the office and grabbed my camera and shot these pics. It hung around for almost an hour before the clouds blocked out the sun and it slowly faded.
Look at how vibrant it is.
Look at that purple and even the red is clear. Wow.
