Welcome to Caingrihla California stylin.
As you will see from the photos below, my new abode sits comfortably mere steps from opulent recreation opportunities for the high desert. Nestled between a lake and 27 holes of golf in a private retirement community exists an enclave of 2 bed 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage condominiums. Each with just over 1500 sq ft of open living luxury. Gorgeous views punctuate this jewel oasis in the parched mojave desert. Just kidding.
Actually it is a very nice, albeit a little weird community. Most folks are over 60 retirees or over 50 corporate execs with older children. Necessity shopping is available, there's a grocery, a gas station, liquor and smoke shop, 9 or 10 food options, a couple of bars, and a convenience store. All within walking distance from the house.
They even allow skateboarding in the park and have a swimming beach and driving range. What more could a growing boy ask for?!
walkway from my garage up to my front door.
Each unit has a 2 car garage.
My patio looks out onto the 7th hole tee box.
My pation above the garage. The main stairs inside go out onto the landing.
Garage is setup as a weight room.

I've only been getting out here once or twice a week. Ugh.
Here's the view south from my front sidewalk.
The back driveway. I'm on the end.

I have the half on the right. Upstairs is one big room, kitchen, dining, living 1/2 bath. The downstairs, 2 bed, 2 bath and entryway.

Fitness in the park across from the above sign.
Park with beach.
Another shot of the north lake down the parade of homes on the water.
Across the lake the houses are set on canals.
Mountains ring the south, go that way to LA.
The waterfront area. Chinese restaurant, bar and grill, sushi joint, masseuse, nail parlor, smoke shop, liquor store, dentist and hairdresser plus docks and patios all around on the water.
A couple enjoying the sunset on the beach. Ahhhh.
